Onex Credit Partners, LLC (“OCP”) has been retained by the Fund to provide investment advisory services to the Fund and to OCP Credit Trust.
OCP is the exclusive credit investing platform of Onex. OCP has over an eleven year track record of managing investment strategies focused on senior debt.

Schwartz in 1984 and manages approximately US$14 billion in assets (as of September 30, 2012). Onex has offices in Toronto and New York. Onex shares have been publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange since 1987.
OCP manages approximately US$2.3 billion (as of November 15, 2012) in four credit strategies for institutional and individual investors globally. Onex, its affiliates and their principals and employees have invested over US$700 million in the strategies managed by OCP.
